Loan Officer Assistant (Lead to Contract) at Guild Mortgage in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for customer.
• Assist originator in appointment setting.
• Provide new lead call backs within 20 minutes.
• Set and confirm appointments for originator.
• Manage client databases and send pre-qualification links.
• Assist originator with obtaining an accurate 1003.
• Analyze credit and financial scenarios for loan products.
• Run credit and AUS findings, prepare Initial Fee Worksheet.
• Pull and prep web applications and update reports.
• Request status updates from pre-approved clients.
• Implement and execute new systems for team and clients.
• Provide marketing support, track, and distribute materials.
• Manage email marketing to realtors.
• Maintain referral source relationships.
• Discuss product features with customers.
• Collect documentation for customer pre-approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years experience in mortgage lending.
• Active MLO licensing required.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
