Manager, Publisher Loyalty & Perks at Mediavine in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Source and vet ideas for perks and programs.
• Develop relationships with program partners.
• Act as liaison to address publisher needs.
• Research tools and services for publishers.
• Communicate the benefits of perks and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute.
• Conduct cost analysis on perks and services.
• Track adoption and improve programs based on feedback.
• Provide updates and resources to relevant teams.
• Travel to publisher/industry events (20% of time).

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 3+ years in ad management, publisher-facing.
• Experience with Mediavine and ad-tech preferred.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software and account management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Empathy and client-focused mindset.
• Availability to travel for events (20% of time).
