- Manage general inbox and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain marketing and speaker file systems.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Create content for social media channels.
- Update and maintain Speakers Bureau website.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Support CRM database maintenance.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Effective follow-up and project management.
- Willingness to learn new applications.
- Eye for creating marketing assets.
- BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and CRM tools.
