Responsibilities:
- Support field-driven programs with internal and external faculty.
- Liaise with and schedule physician faculty for meetings.
- Manage registration in SalesForce.com/Blackthorn.
- Coordinate logistics for educational programs and events.
- Modify invitations and registration sites, gain approvals.
- Assist with Zoom webinars for virtual programs.
- Support Open Payments reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization.
- Manage invoices and payments for Medical Affairs.
- Conduct administrative tasks for the Medical Affairs team.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Some experience in meeting planning and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-starter, able to work independently.
- Experience with Blackthorn Event App is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the US up to 10%.
Benefits:
- Base salary range: $53,000 – $80,000 per year.
