Responsibilities:
- Respond to tickets within 60 minutes of submission.
- Build relationships with members and resolve inquiries.
- Partner with Handypeople and Operations teams.
- Support development of product solutions for member delight.
- Solve member issues creatively and independently.
- Execute performance metrics to reduce churn and increase upgrades.
Requirements:
- Background in customer success or home services.
- Experience at a fast-growing operationally-heavy startup.
- Personal experience with homeownership or home maintenance.
- Detail-oriented with strong process-building skills.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $25/hour.
- Full-time contract for 3 months.
- Work hours: 5:00am – 1:30pm PST.
