Responsibilities:
- Support the Merchant Operations team
- Research, analyze, and document findings
- Influence Merchant Operations team with facts
- Ensure merchant application documentation is complete
- Facilitate communications between partner and processor
- Manage and report escalations for partners and third parties
- Follow internal processes for partner onboarding
- Meet with partners for product activation assistance
- Respond to partner inquiries promptly and accurately
- Ensure documentation is up to date
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with supervision
- Practical knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to adapt to new technology/processes
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and calm under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service via phone, email, meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce, Case Management
- Preferred: Experience in the payment sector
