Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality IT support services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Prioritize and manage tickets and projects.
- Communicate effectively via phone, video, and email.
- Perform occasional on-site visits for nearby clients.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Document customer environments thoroughly.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Network Engineer.
- Expertise in LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Proven knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Cisco CCNA certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with network hardware and protocols.
