Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end onboarding for assigned customers.
- Review new customer contracts and document info.
- Ensure databases are configured for clients.
- Align with teams to validate objectives and requirements.
- Assess customer knowledge through check-ins and touchpoints.
- Host consultative training sessions to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Facilitate change management with assigned accounts.
- Craft success plans and track client progress.
- Communicate project timeline updates to stakeholders.
- Drive project timelines and ensure onboarding milestones.
- Identify needs for additional features and training.
- Transition customers to assigned team for success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-5 years onboarding experience in a SaaS company.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for clients.
- Strong customer empathy and presentation skills.
- Self-starter able to work independently.
- Experience with remote presentation software and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage cross-functional partnerships.
- Flexibility to serve global clients in multiple time zones.
