- Make outbound calls to introduce mortgage services.
- Schedule appointments for clients with mortgage advisors.
- Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with clients.
- Log and track interactions within CRM (Pipedrive preferred).
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing or outbound roles.
- Excellent verbal communication with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).
- Strong time-management and self-starter abilities.
