Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Coordinate benefits, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Submit payroll tax filings and support year-end tasks.
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- Stay updated with payroll laws and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with full-cycle payroll processing.
- Familiarity with payroll software (Paycor, ADP, Gusto).
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
