Responsibilities:
- Manage US new hires, inductions, and onboarding.
- Support local recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Partner with Global P&C on talent retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee documents.
- Coach managers to improve team performance and capability.
- Implement corporate initiatives, projects, and changes.
- Drive internal communications and team engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of HR/ER/IR compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proactive, flexible work style with attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure.
