Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business executives to design and deliver people plans that improve effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development needs, and help achieve overall business goals.
- Collaborate across People Solutions teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deploy timely, effective, and scalable programs to grow the business.
- Develop and assess KPIs to coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends, including new hire assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management programs focused strategically on key employee retention and rewards.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop solutions for leadership and team members.
- Advise leaders on employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
- Provide metrics-driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP functions.
- Deep knowledge of the HRBP function.
- Experience with organizational scaling and design.
- Experience supporting and working with global teams.
- Expertise in change management, leadership coaching, and project management.
- Experience building and supporting employee relations programs.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Low ego and highly collaborative.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to inform key business decisions.
- Successful track record in implementing and managing performance cycles.
- Experience partnering with business leaders across functions such as Finance, Recruiting, Legal, and Compensation & Benefits.
