Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop AI safety frameworks.
- Develop AI certification plans and runtime assurance.
- Present safety analysis results to external parties.
- Support hazard analysis and fault tree analysis.
- Communicate technical risks to leadership.
- Develop qualification test plans and review milestones.
- Host corrective action reviews and ensure implementation.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering.
- Experience with MIL-STD-1629, MIL-STD-882, DO-178.
- Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
- Aircraft, spacecraft, or UAV operations experience.
