Responsibilities:
- Manage The Leap’s support ticket queue.
- Reply to incoming customer emails.
- Jump on calls to resolve issues.
- Identify and document bugs.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base.
- Collect actionable insights from customers.
- Act as an expert sounding board for product team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an online customer-facing role.
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting software-related issues.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Independent problem solver; asks for help when needed.
