Proposal Analyst at Supplemental Health Care in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic responses to RFx and solicitations.
• Lead and support the Proposal Team and other members.
• Gather and analyze business intelligence for proposal strategies.
• Set and enforce proposal timelines and deadlines.
• Review and edit all proposal and presentation materials.
• Draft and customize responses with input from stakeholders.
• Maintain boilerplate company information in the repository.
• Track all aspects of the RFP and bid submittal process.
• Handle production, shipping, and archiving of materials.
• Assist with other related projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing and coordination.
• Healthcare and staffing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proposal industry best practices.
• 1-3 years of experience with RFPIO or similar software.
• Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to aggregate information and create professional documents.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
