Responsibilities:
- Perform various loan closing and delivery functions.
- Review commitment letters and loan documentation.
- Research tax and insurance information for closing.
- Perform cross checks on loan information accuracy.
- Assist with audits and document production.
- Coordinate closing logistics with outside counsel.
- Maintain knowledge of multifamily product lines.
- Identify risk-related issues for management escalation.
- Promote a diverse and reflective environment.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of loan closing experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Able to interact with customers with tact.
- Critical thinker who resolves issues.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
