Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service.
- Demonstrate understanding of accounting practices.
- Support client onboarding for assigned engagements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis monthly.
- Collaborate with team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with clients within budgets.
- Recommend services to enhance client value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
- Capacity to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
- Passion for delighting clients and helping businesses.
- Commitment to confidentiality with client data.
