Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to Renewal Executives and sales teams.
- Create tailored renewal letters and packages.
- Manage renewal revisions and provide system support.
- Collaborate with brokers to meet renewal targets.
- Prepare competitive rate comparisons and adjust plans.
Requirements:
- Skilled in Excel and managing large spreadsheets.
- Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and quarterly travel.
Benefits:
