Responsibilities:
- Review previous day’s routes and communicate issues.
- Resolve incorrect customer data through analysis.
- Set up routing parameters for new customers.
- Follow up on customer data issues.
- Communicate with field management for distribution needs.
- Use routing software to generate efficient route plans.
- Analyze maps, routes, metrics, and data for initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and records.
- Analyze trends and past performance to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of data analysis and order processing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytic, strategic, and innovative thinking.
- Experience delivering presentations to small teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
