Responsibilities:
- Secure meetings with decision makers.
- Make around 80 cold calls daily.
- Use multi-channel prospecting strategies.
- Attend meetings and conduct check-ins.
- Execute follow-up strategies on prospects.
- Develop and share new sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- 0-1 years experience in sales prospecting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to grow through discomfort.
- Self-driven with strong work ethic.
- Experience using CRM, Salesforce preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to handle rejection and failure.
