Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through leadership, planning, and execution of regional go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as the local point person for executive relationships, key partnerships, and account management.
- Grow and build the Northeast team, driving local hiring needs with global leadership and recruiting resources.
- Design, build, and execute strategies for the Northeast Region in collaboration with regional and global leaders.
- Represent Cloudflare as the primary contact for regional operational concerns, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure corporate policy and regulatory initiatives are consistently followed by team members.
- Inspire interpersonal effectiveness, develop talent, and drive change.
- Lead business cadence for forecast calls, deal reviews, team meetings, and company-wide events.
- Represent Cloudflare at external conferences, media, and PR events.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience, particularly with large enterprise accounts.
- 10+ years of sales management experience, leading an enterprise field sales team.
- Deep knowledge of IaaS, computer networking, and network security services.
- Extensive experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong aptitude for learning technical concepts (technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus).
- Experience selling into $1B+ companies in various sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, Industrial, Energy, and Media.
- Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
