Responsibilities:

• Support the mission and vision of the organization.
• Research competitors to stay current with market products.
• Develop strategies and campaigns with the marketing team.
• Stay up to date on trends and opportunities for campaigns.
• Connect with leads and assess residential and care needs.
• Encourage prospects to make waitlist deposits.
• Maintain long-term contact with prospects.
• Meet goals for contacts and tours to achieve sales.
• Cultivate leads through resident interaction and activities.
• Follow up with resident referrals.
• Explain and promote the Resident Referral Program.
• Identify innovative events to increase group visits.
• Plan and organize special events to attract prospects.
• Present community benefits to stimulate interest and sales.
• Highlight community features that meet potential residents’ needs.
• Maintain key relationships with community and professional sources.
• Coordinate logistics for new resident moves with staff.
• Attend training courses and maintain up-to-date training.
• Perform other duties to support community success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and incorporate new strategies.
• Ability to recognize and stay ahead of trends.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven success with time management and organization.
• Strong understanding of the English language.
