Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue for a set of customers.
- Build relationships with senior executives and teams.
- Expand ARR through consultative selling and upselling.
- Execute customer account plans and forecast opportunities.
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
- Conduct QBRs and meetings to align with customers.
- Utilize sales tools to manage pipeline and growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years in technology sales and account management.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and real-time technologies.
- Proven track record in closing 6-figure deals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
