Responsibilities:
- Assist and improve group consolidation processes.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Help prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
- Establish standardized financial processes and controls.
- Develop internal control frameworks and documentation.
- Assist with audit fieldwork and ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- CPA or equivalent, Bilanzbuchhalter or IBH.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting and reporting.
- Knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS; US GAAP preferred.
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Lucanet preferred.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
