Senior Associate, Communications and Marketing at Clean Power Alliance in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Elevate CPA’s visibility and drive customer program enrollment.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with CPA’s goals.
• Manage relationships with external marketing vendors.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing priorities.
• Ensure accuracy in all marketing content and materials.
• Analyze campaign data and make recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media, and media monitoring.
• Experience with MailChimp, Survey Monkey, and Microsoft BI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Reside in Southern California for field event attendance.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
