Requirements:

• Experience in engineering, design, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years managing large mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to build relationships at C-level.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a technical account or project management role.
• Passion for problem-solving and action.
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts for guidance.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
