Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategy.
- Manage grant applications and proposal submissions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners.
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management preferred.
- 10+ years of fundraising or grant writing experience.
- Strong knowledge of foundation and corporate giving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in fundraising software and Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of $100,000 – $120,000.
