Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 4+ years of engineering management experience.
- Passionate about high-quality code and processes.
- Deep customer empathy for developers as stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience landing large initiatives.
- Hands-on ability when needed for coding and troubleshooting.
