• Build a forward-looking coverage plan for season one.
• Deliver fresh perspectives and spearhead creative segments.
• Synthesize real-time events for effective coverage.
• Steward video strategy for YouTube and social optimization.
• Book guests and create dynamic show moments.
• Help achieve ambitious growth targets for the show.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in national audio/video broadcast.
• Deep understanding of professional football topics.
• Expert knowledge of podcast production and editing.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and long-term plans.
• Ability to capitalize on major storylines for growth.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Understanding of video’s importance in modern podcasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
