Senior Field Marketing Manager (German/English speaking) at Emburse in United Kingdom Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales.
• Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for sales teams.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Collaborate with sales, global marketing, and partner teams.
• Tailor campaigns to specific market needs and verticals.
• Provide market feedback and insights for campaign improvements.
• Assist in achieving regional marketing goals and programs.
• Partner with BDR team to optimize lead hand-off processes.
• Regularly update teams on customer behaviors and preferences.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to improve future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UK and German markets.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in full-funnel, multi-channel marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ROI optimization.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
