Responsibilities:
- Manage financial processes, including close and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Accounting to prepare earnings materials.
- Oversee the Annual Operating Plan process and targets.
- Build financial models and analytical frameworks for decisions.
- Forecast headcount costs and set hiring goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in Corporate FP&A.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting foundations.
- Advanced analytical skills and model-building experience.
- Experience with Adaptive or similar financial planning systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations.
