- 2+ years managing 5+ person teams.
- 3+ years in marketing automation for customer audiences.
- Deep customer focus and understanding of pain points.
- Strong commitment to DEI&B and career development.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and create impact.
- Strong communication skills and data-driven mindset.
