Responsibilities:
- Manage Professional Services projects through lifecycle.
- Oversee sales handoff, resourcing, and project plans.
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues to resolution.
- Maintain client relationships and meet deliverables.
- Plan and manage resources for scope and budget.
- Support internal processes for invoicing and revenue.
- Contribute to the maturity of the Project Management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- 3+ years in a consulting or IT project management role.
- Direct experience in managing professional services.
- 2+ years in cybersecurity space preferred.
- Experience with Agile and “X-as-a-Service” models.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.
