Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and advise clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design cross-platform integrations with business platforms.
- Lead workshops and evaluate customer technical requirements.
- Oversee design and implementation processes.
- Act as an interface between clients and development teams.
- Support junior consultants with knowledge and guidance.
- Participate in presales activities if interested.
Requirements:
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
- 5 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Fluency in business German and English.
- Proficiency in HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
- Technical affinity and passion for innovative concepts.
