Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers on data models.
- Lead performance tuning and upgrades.
- Maintain Production, DR, and Development environments.
- Troubleshoot database and data issues.
- Provide ad hoc data reporting for Analytics.
- Manage routine data exports for clients.
- Create tasks and scripts for data processing.
- Document data collection procedures.
- Support data systems architecture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in SQL development or similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Advanced skills in T-SQL for OLTP systems.
- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing.
- Skilled in SQL Server Integration Services.
- Multi-database environment management.
- Experience with OLTP maintenance.
- Troubleshooting SQL Server issues effectively.
Preferred:
- Cloud data solutions (e.g., Azure Fabric).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Vertica).
