Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver solutions through consultation and collaboration.
- Validate solutions with architects, leads, and customers.
- Facilitate design workshops and present solutions.
- Create and modify Detailed Design documents.
- Build solutions according to SoW, design, and schedule.
- Prepare user guides and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Create ‘As built’ documentation and hand it over to customers.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Can manage tasks independently and in a team.
- Seeks opportunities to enhance technical skills.
- Possesses relevant industry certifications.
- Knowledge of client issues and business operations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Professional Services role.
- Expertise in Citrix Desktop as a Service and VMware.
