Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Siebel CRM components and views.
• Implement and manage workflow policies and events.
• Support EAI integrations with Business Services and Web Services.
• Provide Siebel administration, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Engage with customers to understand and address requirements.
• Apply best practices in Siebel implementation.
• Work with Oracle/MS SQL Server databases.
• Participate in full life cycle Siebel implementation.
• Utilize Siebel tools for configuration, scripting, and reporting.
• Document system specifications and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience with Siebel CRM configuration and eScript.
• Experience with Workflow policies and run-time events.
• Knowledge of EAI integrations and Web Services.
• Siebel administration and production support experience.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Deep experience with Siebel 8 and above.
• Proficiency in Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
• Full life cycle Siebel implementation experience.
• Experience with SQL queries and report building.
• Experience in documenting system specifications.
