Responsibilities:
- Partner with product and UX designers to create customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Evangelize new technologies within the team.
- Gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Implement software, conduct pair programming, and peer code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation for the “you build it, you own it” mantra.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with web applications, databases, and APIs.
- Knowledge of version control, build processes, and test frameworks.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
