Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support in bioinformatics and genomics.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Exec teams.
• Develop and execute technical demos and presentations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across sales lifecycle.
• Capture insights and facilitate knowledge-sharing.
• Stay updated on bioinformatics, multi-omics, and cloud tech.
• Translate clients’ vision to development team for solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in bioinformatics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• BSc in computer science, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of bioinformatics and cloud tech.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and solution development best practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences standards.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter in the USA.
