Responsibilities:
- Gain clinical competency in spinal anatomy.
- Master Stryker Spine surgical set usage.
- Prepare for and cover surgical cases.
- Manage consignment and loaner inventory.
- Advise on product selection and usage.
- Resolve product issues for customers.
- Assist in product demos and trainings.
- Ensure sterile processing and OR guidelines.
- Adhere to GMP policies and FDA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and rapport skills.
- Ability to work in OR and emergency settings.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- 24-hour availability for customer needs.
