Responsibilities:
- Foster inclusive and community-based classroom culture.
- Plan and lead community-building games and activities.
- Build individual and meaningful relationships with students.
- Promote productive collaboration between students.
- Support students in preparing for Demo Day.
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure productivity.
- Lead class in the absence of the lead instructor.
Requirements:
- Experience with HTML/CSS (college, bootcamp, or work).
- Aligned values with Mission Bit’s social justice goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse groups.
- Self-starting and able to work autonomously.
