Responsibilities:
- Lead project and program-related guidance for specialists.
- Implement quality strategies and manage interventions.
- Monitor completion of quality activities and report results.
- Write reports to interpret regulatory specifications and findings.
- Manage documentation to maintain quality improvement functions.
- Lead quality improvement activities and cross-department meetings.
- Evaluate projects to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, 2+ years in health plan quality improvement.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio.
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred.
