Responsibilities:
- Act as right-hand support to the CEO.
- Oversee and coordinate strategic projects.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports.
- Summarize meetings and follow up on action items.
- Identify areas for process optimization and improvements.
- Provide decision support and strategic recommendations.
- Attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and documenting action points.
- Manage communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong business acumen and solutions-driven approach.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
