Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of large customer accounts.
• Understand and drive customers’ business outcomes.

• Analyze customer data to drive product usage and value.
• Prescribe CoLab best practices for change management.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks with leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to define account strategies.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Share customer stories with the broader organization.
• Mentor and support other team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in engineering, design, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing large enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to build relationships at C-level.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a technical account or project management role.
• Passion for solving problems and taking action.
• Strong knowledge of technical concepts for guidance.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
