Responsibilities:
- Review potential subrogation claims within the unit.
- Investigate and recover claim funds as per laws and policies.
- Analyze incoming claims to identify recovery opportunities.
- Maximize recovery efforts using negotiation skills.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years insurance industry claims handling experience.
- 3+ years handling injury settlements.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
