Talent & Community Specialist at Welocalize in Mexico Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the Welocalize brand and customer service pillars.
• Assist in managing central talent database and trackers.
• Support the Talent Community and Quality teams with guidelines.
• Process, organize, and maintain paperwork efficiently.
• Master documented processes and educate the community.
• File tickets to the appropriate groups in Zendesk.
• Offer customer service through Zendesk and knowledge systems.
• Own employer branding via social media and online platforms.
• Host in-person events to engage the supplier base.
• Recruit new talent into Welocalize’s Talent Community.
• Build regional supply strategies and offer VIP supplier service.
• Understand talent market levels and build transformation modules.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in recruitment or relevant experience.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Enjoys teamwork and contributes to team success.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Strong computer literacy, MS Office, and internet skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
