Team Lead Retention Marketing (m/d/w) at Fairment in Germany Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies.
• Lead and develop the CRM and email marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to shape company strategy.
• Monitor and optimize key retention KPIs.
• Expand cross-channel communication (Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Design creative campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Shape and enhance the loyalty program.
• Build KPI framework to guide decisions and optimize retention.
• Increase Customer Lifetime Value through effective initiatives.
• Build scalable automated marketing flows.
• Develop actions to prevent customer churn.
• Continuously test new ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retention marketing.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success in building and developing teams.
• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo) and marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs.
• Deep understanding of E-commerce and D2C.
• Strong organizational skills, especially under pressure.
• Experience with A/B testing and SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools.
