Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate via chat and text channels.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the insulin pump.
- Handle technical questions in stressful situations.
- Aim for resolving issues on first contact.
- Document customer interactions using CRM software.
- Identify and report health and safety issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center.
- Medical device troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Effective communication skills required.
