Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for technical requests.
- Respond to support requests per SLA in ticket system.
- Conduct remote sessions to resolve issues.
- Maintain technical expertise through ongoing training.
- Recreate customer environments to diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with development teams for resolutions.
- Document solutions and best practices for reuse.
- Assist customers with installation, migration, and configuration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- 5+ years’ technical support in networking/systems.
- Knowledge of Windows desktop/server systems.
- Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies.
- Scripting experience (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Kubernetes).
- Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitoring tools knowledge, e.g., Checkmk or Nagios.
- Demonstrated distributed monitoring setup expertise.
