• Handle escalations for the Support and Account teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with a one-touch mindset.
• Interpret customer queries and provide detailed answers.
• Write detailed escalation notes for senior teams.
• Manage follow-ups and tickets via email and system.
• Maintain internal and external knowledge bases.
• Identify patterns and communicate ticket status.
• Provide process improvement feedback.
